Student Enrollment
New PUSD Students
If your student has never attended a PUSD school, please contact the PUSD Enrollment Center Secretary, Marty Luccketta at (559) 793-2487 or click here for more information.
Returning PUSD Students
If your student has attended a PUSD school and you reside in the Porterville High School boundaries, please stop by the Guidance Office and pick up the PHS registration packet. Please take into consideration when planning your visit that registration is not complete until you have provided the following documents:
- Proof of Age: Copy of Birth Certificate
- Proof of up-to-date required Immunizations
- 2 Proofs of residence (ie. utility statement, credit card statement, vehicle insurance, vehicle registration etc.)
- Student Transcripts
