We are very proud of our Class of 2020 scholarship recipients. This is an outstanding class, and PHS students have earned a considerable amount of money in scholarships. Traditionally, we have an annual scholarship night. However, given the unprecedented times, we are celebrating our recipients virtually. The 2020 scholarship video has been posted on the Porterville High School website Homepage, shared on PUSD social media, and included in this email. As the Scholarship Coordinator, I want to thank our patrons, administrators, staff, and parents for the continuous support that you provide our students. Once again, Congratulations to our Scholarship Recipients of the Class of 2020.

Perris family and the class of 2020 my name is mr. Valdez and I'll be here for the entire portable High School staff I want to welcome you to our scholarship presentation this is one of my favorite days of the year because we're giving away almost $758,000 to very deserving and hardworking Student Portal High School would like to thank all of the donors and benefactors that have contributed who are scholarship recipients your generosity is making dreams come true and changing lives forever also a special thank you to miss Maria Alvarez for being in charge Oliver scholarship and supporting students throughout the process thank you Miss Alvarez senior class is special in his gun accepted too many talk to universities are truly one of the most academically gifted classes that have gone through PHS there is no doubt this class conflict great things in there and take advantage of your general again all for supporting our students and congratulations class of 2020 gold fenders hello my name is Jeff Cardinal in on the vice president of communications to the California table grape commission I'm here representing the / lady table grape growers in California and today we would like to honor of Porterville High graduate the California table grape field worker scholarship was created in 1985 and it's the first field workers scholarship of its kind in the country including the the scholarship has helped more than 130 students attend community colleges and universities around the state of California and today we would like to honor Rebecca santoyo Rebecca is receiving this award to attend Porterville College then a 4-year University and then eventually going to med school where she would like to become a pediatrician or a pediatric nurse on behalf of California table grape Growers it is my honor to present his four-year $14,500 car dealership to Rebecca santoyo congratulations Rebecca hello classic 2020 my name is Blanca restaurant Anna and on behalf of Reese for kids I would like to invite all of you for such an amazing accomplishment for kids and spouse to announce that teach scholarship recipients will be receiving $1,000 in addition to money you're also going to be receiving some coupons for your face El Monterey products such as exitos burritos or gift ideas I wish you all the best of luck and again congratulate my name is Rafael Devers not half of the Academy of Health Sciences scholarship committee we wish to congratulate the following students for being selected to receive a scholarship award. Munoz Katherine and Cindy s Antonio Evelyn bedoya Miranda Emily and Alison Martinez deven Patel and you new stereo congratulations to each one of you basing your commitment and dedication your education we know that you will reach your career goals in the coming days you will receive important information regarding your reward I encourage you to read it carefully and thoroughly especially the portion that spells out the sea for you to receive and continue to be eligible for this award again on behalf of mrs. Johnson dr. Lourdes After sorcerer and everyone who contributed to the scholarship fund congratulation we look forward to welcoming you back to the Porterville Community as physician dentist optometrist nurses or any other Healthcare profession of your choice congratulations and good luck as a scholarship coordinator I want to congratulate all our scholarship recipients we are very proud of you and wish very best in your academic Endeavors on behalf of portable High School I would like to thank our benefactors for the continued generosity and support and making us scholarship night a success to our parents and staff we unconditional support and guidance that you have provided our students thank you once again congratulations to class of 2020
