Theatre Appreciation (Period 1)
Course Description
Theatre Appreciation is a year-long performing arts course designed to appeal to the beginning drama student. Units covered include Story-Telling, Improvisation, Pantomime and Mime, Voice and Diction, Comedy, Drama, Characterization and Motivation, Careers in the Performing Arts, Technical Theatre, and Musical Theatre. Serves as a fine arts credit for graduation from the Porterville Unified School District.
